Return Policy

Return Period: Customers can return products within 3 days of receiving their order in case of damage or mismatch. Return or Refund related to product quality will not entertained.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Only Damaged /Defective or Misplaced Items can be returned with proper Opening video to be taped without leaving any pause option.

Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. A flat return fee of ₹120 applies to accepted returns for size issues items.
Refund Policy

Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
